Client A was finding herself short wicked when it came to her kids, the house, waiting on people, and honestly started feeling like she was in a constant state of anxiety. (The feeling one might refer to as being in a state of PMS, but it never ends.) Feeling like everyone is on your last nerve and if one thing goes wrong you cannot handle it. If the door slams one more time you are going to scream. If one more person asks you for something you very well may. No focus or direction when trying to complete tasks, just a bunch of energy flying around in all the wrong directions. Exhausted emotionally all day, every day.

What could happen in your life if all the energy being dispensed through anxiety, a short wick, and negative attitude, could become filtered and reused in a positive way? Think of it like dirty water that goes through a filter. You still need the water, just in a healthier make up so that it is better for your body. We are doing the same with your energy of anxiety and stress and bundled up nerves. All the pent-up frustration or negative attitude and feelings can be changed to positive energy with the right filter.

Another example of how you may feel is client B. She says, “No matter how I try I cannot be happy. I don’t know how to explain it, I just do not smile, I always have an underlying sadness and feel like the world is against me. Every small task is big for me. I feel so sad in the morning and don’t want to get out of bed. I honestly want to be happy and my family is so good to me, but something is wrong, I just feel such a lack of joy. I want to smile more. My life is good, why can’t I enjoy it?”

What does it matter if you have everything in the whole world if you cannot be happy and joyful with
even the smallest things that you are blessed to have? Let’s make a choice to start feeling better today. I know that as many times as people can, they will tell you to get over it, but that has not worked yet, so I have a real solution for you.

I love research but what I really love is my own personal results. Since incorporating lion’s mane into my heath regiment, I have had so much more focus. I have not had the “Foggy Brain,” that comes with my cycle. I am noticing way better memory and cognitive function, even when tired, and my fatigue has decreased an ample amount. I have also noticed that the chronic shoulder pain I suffered with daily is completely gone, even after working with clients for 8-9 hours of the day!
