Ever since I took the leap into becoming a business woman I have realized that with three children, a business, home school, and all the things we do in life that I cannot afford to be taking any down days. This post is for the people who have taught me so much on my buisness journey. I can’t afford for them to be sick or they won’t be able to help me :p
I have a simple routine I stick to. It keeps my immune system up, my body free of virus, my liver clean, and keeps me from having any deficencies. And I stay the right weight. So without further delay lets get started. Follow the chart on the side here and to keep it simple. Eat what grows above ground, on the ground, then in the ground. I will include a list below of what my day looks like. Good luck! |
Breakfast: Above ground eating means fruits and berriess. Frozen wild blueberrie bowl. I top it with home made gluten free granola. This is the best and easiest way to start your day. It is easy and fast. You will make the granola ahead of time and be able to use it daily. You will use frozen fruit that is always in season. You will get all the nutrients you need in the day from this bowl but not all the calories.
Recipes Forzen wild blueerrie bowl 1 cup of frozen wild blueberries 1 cup of organic frozen mangos 2 cups of water or coconut water. blend till smooth and top with granola Granola recipe: Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the granola out on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Note: some people like there granola more crunchy. Cook five minutes longer. Fig topping/optional |

Lunch ground level eating? peas, squash melons, veggies. Salads/Greens or a Veggie sandwich, melons. Eat a whole lot of Peas Cucumber Carrot Celery stick Melons Yams (baked ) Artichoke boiled and dipped in lemon Avacodo Make a veggie sandwich on true sourdough bread. ( fermented bread that has no yeast and is made from a culture) Use only a clean organic mustard or hummus without soy as spreads. Eat as much as you want of any vegtable/herb for lunch the key is to stay full.

If you haven’t had time to do your research I’ll tell you here. Sourdough that is made from a “start” and is fermented for 24 hours is called predigested. It is safe enough for gluten intolerant people to eat and also has plenty of b vitamins. It took me years to realize the easy switch that has changed my lunch routine.
