Ever since I took the leap into becoming a business woman I have realized that with three children, a business, home school, and all the things we do in life that I cannot afford to be taking any down days. This post is for the people who have taught me so much on my buisness journey. I can’t afford for them to be sick or they won’t be able to help me :p
I have a simple routine I stick to. It keeps my immune system up, my body free of virus, my liver clean, and keeps me from having any deficencies. And I stay the right weight. So without further delay lets get started.

Follow the chart on the side here and to keep it simple. Eat what grows above ground, on the ground, then in the ground. I will include a list below of what my day looks like. Good luck!

Breakfast: Above ground eating means fruits and berriess. Frozen wild blueberrie bowl. I top it with home made gluten free granola. This is the best and easiest way to start your day. It is easy and fast. You will make the granola ahead of time and be able to use it daily. You will use frozen fruit that is always in season. You will get all the nutrients you need in the day from this bowl but not all the calories.
Forzen wild blueerrie bowl
1 cup of frozen wild blueberries
1 cup of organic frozen mangos
2 cups of water or coconut water.

” We all hear a lot of talk about having the right mind set to attract abundance, shaping our thoughts and actions to manifest the lives we want. A person who feels positive is more likely to make choices that lead her or him to more positivity. “

“If you want to know one of the secrets of manifesting abundance it’s the wild blueberries.”

Eat a whole lot of

Celery stick

Make a veggie sandwich on true sourdough bread. ( fermented bread that has no yeast and is made from a culture) Use only a clean organic mustard or hummus without soy as spreads.

Eat as much as you want of any vegtable/herb for lunch the key is to stay full.

If you haven’t had time to do your research I’ll tell you here. Sourdough that is made from a “start” and is fermented for 24 hours is called predigested. It is safe enough for gluten intolerant people to eat and also has plenty of b vitamins. It took me years to realize the easy switch that has changed my lunch routine.

(My goal is to have you incorporate any roots into your typical meal, here are some ideas of what you can incorporate)
*Soup is a good easy way to get roots.
*A baked potato is keeping it simple
*Quinoa is quick and delicious topped with avacodo and tomato
*basmati rice is the best rice to use, it has the least amount of arsenic compared to other rices, and has a-lot of vitamins and minerals.
*carrots, beets, and celery root are all great healing foods to add to any meal.
*roasted veggies

We are undervaluing our own energy by not handling and preparing our own food. People will soon realize that a significant part of the healing of food is in the energy exchange that happens when we hold it, prepare it, and appreciate it all at a deeper level.  ~Rachel Kelsch

I have teas every day, all day. The best tea to add into any persons life will be the nettle leaf. I highly recommend you drink teas more and more. They are so beneficial.
